Select the scenario that applies to the buildings you want to share a meter between:

If your building only has apartment accounts:

Stop here.  Apartment accounts cannot be shared between multiple buildings.

If your account only has building meters:

Step 1: Select whether your account covers common areas or the entire building.  Then specify how many buildings the account covers in total.  Now skip down to Step 3.

If your account has building and apartment meters:

Step 1: Select "Building(s): Usage for one or more buildings" to create a new building meter.

Select meter type

Step 2: Select whether your account covers common areas or the entire building.  Then specify how many buildings the account covers in total.

 Select coverage

Step 3: Setup your account as you usually would, entering the utility company, account number, and login info, if you have it.  For more details, view this support article.

Step 4: Go to the next building that you wish to link this account to.  When you create a new utility account with the same fuel as the one you just set up, you'll have the option to either link to the account you just set up (the blue button) or define a new account.  Select the account shown in the blue button.

Step 5: Repeat step 4 for any other buildings that are linked to this account.  If no other buildings are, you are done!

*Note*: Once all the buildings are linked to the account, you'll see the usage and cost info for them.  Until all of the buildings are linked, Wego won't be able to show you this information because it's missing the data in needs about the square footage served by this account.  For example, if an account is shared between 5 buildings, you won't see data for any of those buildings until all 5 have been linked to the account.
