Utility Company Security Questions

Some utility companies require their customers to enter answers to security questions in order to log in to their online account.  For utilities that require this, WegoWise will prompt you to provide the answers to these questions in order to enable automatic data importing for that utility company.  

Step 1: Browse to the Utility Accounts tab for the building with the account you need to update.

Step 2: Click the pencil icon in the Actions column to the right.
Edit Account

Step 3: Select tab 3, Utility Login.

Step 4: If you see a section at the bottom that says Security Questions, fill in the answer to the question and click Update Login.  If you don't see that, skip to step 5.

Step 5: If you don't see a section at the bottom that says Security Questions, confirm your user name is correct, enter your password, then click Update Login.  

When WegoWise links up with your utility account, it will then realize that you need to answer security questions.  You'll see a message that your login isn't working.  You'll then want to follow the instructions for step 4 to add the answer to your security question.  You don't need to update your user name and password, just answer the security questions.
